Priority warrants that any authentic Priority branded merchandise would be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service from the applicable period specified as relevant.
Priority provides 12 Months of warranty from the date of purchase on the fabric as well as on other materials such as zip, pullers, fittings used and craftmanship.
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, any accidental damage, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvent acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage
Any manufacturing defect in material or craftmanship, Dealer or Retailer in its discretion, shall repair the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein.
The Purchaser must adduce original invoice and warranty card (sealed and stamped) to claim the warranty on the product as covered herein.
The company further reserves the right to alter, change, modify, innovate any of the Priority product without any prior notice.
All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
